Level 2 / 3 Diploma in Customer Service

We are able to facilitate your learning of Customer Service at 2 levels:

  • Level 2

  • Level 3

Is this for you?

These qualifications are directed towards learners who have minimal customer service experience, but are looking to develop their customer service strategy on an individual and team level. They provide the basis for further learning in analysing feedback for solutions and implementing overall change in an organisation.

Good customer service is essential for any job, and these qualifications are a competent forward along many career paths.

How we will teach you:

The course is taught through an individual remote learning programme that makes use of online activities and interactive resources. This is so you will be able to study at a time that suits you best.

We will provide you with a companion workbook for each module you choose to take and allow you to schedule regular one-on-one sessions with your personal leadership tutor.

We aim to be here for you when you need to support, so will make sure you keep us up to date with ongoing email and phone contact.

Level 2 Diploma

Course ContentYou are required to take 2 mandatory modules:

  • Communicate using customer service language.

  • Follow the rules to deliver customer service.

And at least 1 from each of the 4 module groups:​

  • Impression and image.

  • Delivery.

  • Handling problems.

  • Development and improvement.

 

Level 3 Diploma

Course ContentYou are required to take 2 mandatory modules:

  • Demonstrating an understanding of customer service.

  • Demonstrating an understanding of the rules that impact improvements in customer service.

And at least 1​ from each of the 4 module groups:

  • Impression and image.

  • Delivery.

  • Handling problems.

  • Development and improvement.
